Grand Marina Saigon sits at 2 Ton Duc Thang Street in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, on the riverfront site of the 200-year-old Ba Son Shipyard. Developed by Masterise Homes on 10 hectares, it brings together Marriott and JW Marriott branded residences, an office tower with a shopping centre, and riverside landscaping. Residences are operated by Marriott International to hotel standards, with a dedicated concierge and butler team.

The first tower completed and Vietnam's first Marriott Residences. 47 floors of one- to three-bedroom smart homes. Amenities span three levels: a ground-floor pool, a residents' lounge, library and cinema on level 1, and a covered pool, jacuzzi, BBQ terrace and gym on level 46.
JW Marriott Residences, opened Feb 2025
The first JW Marriott urban branded residences in Asia-Pacific, according to the developer. A 47-storey L-shaped tower facing the river, with an LED façade inspired by the kapok tree. The level-46 pool overlooks the skyline and Thu Thiem, with a JW Marriott butler team on duty 24/7.
The project occupies a riverside point of former District 1, now Saigon Ward. Ba Son underground station on Metro Line 1 is built into the site. The Opera House, Nguyen Hue walking street, Bach Dang wharf and the Botanical Garden are a short walk or drive away, with Thu Thiem across the river.
